Class outing matters

Ok 6acers, the March outing has been confirmed to be on Sunday, 15 March 2009 at the East Coast Park. Please note that this is not the official one, but pls try to come. So if you can’t make it, it is ok, but try to come on the official outing which is during the June holidays. The June outing will be planned in such a way that every single one can make it, so later on, around April, please tell us the days u are away to overseas or whatsoever, so that we can arrange the on a day which everyone single one can turn up.

Ok right now, we are gonna settle some stuff for the March outing because it is just next week. Right now, I only know that Jianwen(Sunday is his family day), Roger(has camp), Matilda(she says she is forever busy on weekends) and Huiwen(going overseas) can’t attend.

People who can attend the March outing: Me, Jiaqi, Gajing, John

ONLY 8 OUT OF 44 PEOPLE RESPONDED!!!Oh my.

People, please tell us whether u can attend or not and please choose the timing you want.

Please choose and we will go by the majority. Also, please tell me or Jiaqi (Since she is part of the POT and it would be easier for me to discuss matters with her since we see each other everyday) ASAP whether u can attend and the timing u want so that we can roughly know how many people can attend so that we can plan the activities and blah blah.

Please take note that Mrs Lee will not be going, in case some of you worry that she is going and you don’t want to go. I guess we will be asking her to come for the June outing since that is the official one. =)

PEOPLE PLEASE RESPOND!!! Dont blame us if the outing is cancelled because no one is bothering about it.
